I just read a post from someone who sent his passport on Nov 24th. It was received on Nov 27th and the return code was activated yesterday.

Fingers crossed to have mine back this week.

By the way.
The PR card processing time was changed to 19 calendar days on immigration website

It was Oct 24th

By the way, someboday sent the passport on Oct 28th and the return tracking is activated.......

mailed passport - Oct-30th
Passport received at Ottawa- Oct-31st
return tracker yet to start...
