Mine got activated (18:05)! Was received by Ottawa at Jan 2nd.

Waiting for my passport just saw the tracker that on transit mode so does it means its already actiated?

Yes.
If it would be not activated, it will say that your tracking number is not found.
So go and take a beer

Finally Landed. I chose the wrong day to travel by road. Took me 7 hours from Red deer to Coutts Border(Alberta). Since the weather was so bad there was noone. It took me 10 minutes at Us border and 10-15 minutes at canadian. That was the happiest moment. NOTE:CANADIANS PLEASE DON'T MIND THE RUDE U.S IMMIGRATION GUYS.

Hello Everyone,

Its a month my Ecas has been got the “Decision Made” line and my day 26 starts today after sending my passport (When I see the current timeline to get back the passport, its really makes me anxious)... ....Never thought my New Year would be starting like that... I sent emails to CPP-O but no response! Just want to know: when CPP-O received my package it was signed by G TREMBLAY and my PPR was requested by visa officer AA5582. Anyone has the same officer or signed by same person?

Your answer will be appreciated. Thank you!

You can send email to Ottawa just asking, if they received your passport. They usually respond within the same day (btw, my delivery was signed by other person)

Hey Guys,

I have a problem. I am a Nov-2012 application and my passport is with CIC since 6-Dec-2013(I got my PPR on 2-Dec-2013). Did anyone face a similar situation. Is there any way that I can know what is going on with my passport. Any help will be really appreciated.

This is really strange... What do you write them?
In my case, I just wrote them 2 sentences (first - my file, dop, uci; second - I asked them if they successfully received my passport)...

I think both of our case are similar. CPP-O received my passport on 6-Dec and I thought it was getting delayed due to the holidays and didn't bother checking the forums. I've also sent them an email and waiting for the response. I've requested for GCMS once again eventhough I am not sure whether it'll be of any help.

Most of the people got request for RPRF and Biodata along with medicals. But I got it 2-3 weeks after medical request. Was it the same case with you as well?

Mine is FSW. No, I had different case officer for medical and fee and it was too fast. Less than a month everything was done.
