Yes finally....but have not seen the passport..hope everything is alright.

Got my passport with immigrant visa stamped along with COPR.

Planning to do landing on next wednesday.

Looks like our passports reached on the same day (5th December). I'm still hoping to get them before Christmas. Have you communicated with OttPilot through email after getting PPR?

Guys who got visa recently,

Is Date of issue of visa same as date of tracker activation ?

I saw one case where visa was issued on nov 28th (date on the visa), but tracker was activated only on December 11th. I don't know why would cic keep the passport for so long after stamping.

The only reason I can think of is the time taken from visa printing to actually applying it on your passport. I have heard that there is a visa queue for the PP...

I was hoping for mine.. But nothing so far.. Looking at the tracker, most get activated at around 6 in the evening.

I'm from Kitchener.. If I get visa on 18th Dec, planning to do the landing this weekend.

Planning to land either at Rainbow bridge / Peace bridge. Peace bridge has U-turn option, but Rainbow bridge does not have. Anyways, I have US visa, if I need to go to US and come back.
