Hey Guys!

Just received my passport/CoPR (yaaay!) and the last entry dates weren't filled out. I have one question though: Under medicals it says surveillance code: 1 is that normal?

Going to land in two weeks at St. Stephen, NB and will update my experience when that happens :)

Hi,

I wonder how long it takes them to reply your email? Did they send your passport back using Xpresspost or regular mail?

Thanks for your help

PR obligation will only start once you complete the landing procedures.

Hi everyone! I've been reading blogs about Immigration to Canada for long time now but only this time I decided to join the forum.
Anyway, I received an email for PPR last August 16, 2013 and sent it to CHC London on August 28. I took me days to send it to CHC because of the storm that ravaged areas in Manila. Since then I haven't heard anything from VO. My ecas shows "in process". I am worried, the VO gave me til November 19, 2013 to land in Canada and passports are not with me yet. I only have less than a month now. :(

Thanks for your reply..
Yes, I did emailed the VO but no response yet. It's been almost 2 weeks now. At least I want to know where are the passports now or what really happened. I guess this is my way pouring out the tension I am experiencing right now. guys, give me hope... :'(

I sent the passport to their Laurier street address via Canada Post Xpresspost on Oct 1, but my online status is still showing

Out for delivery

I talked to Canada Post, and they said because the receiver does not receive item individually (what does that mean?), so my package is being put in a bulk for them to pick up, so there is no individual tracking after "Out for delivery" message. WTH?? And now I don't know whether that's a confirmed delivered or what...

Has anyone experienced this?

Replying to my own post.

I emailed CPP-O last night and received a response this morning saying my passport has been received by them. Amazed at how fast CPP-O responds to my email.

Hi Friends
I landed last week and I have renewed my health card and SIN yesterday.
I am planning to update my PR status to my bank and employer too, probably within this week.
Apart from this I think I should update my new SIN number to CRA too.

Is that all ok?
Apart from this what else shud I do?
