Could somebody please add my case to the tracker as well. Had submitted my passport at CPP - Ottawa on 12th June 2013.

It has been almost a month now and the only new I have is that my passport is in the queue to get printed. Find it strange when I see so many people who have submitted after me get it when they say there is a queue.

Hello Folks,

I completed my landing yesterday at Peace Bridge , Fort Erie.

I would like thank all members on this forum
This forum has been a extraordinary source information , support.

I wish and pray for all fellow members who are waiting for next steps for positive outcome on your application.

The landing was very easy as many folks have explained the process in very detail in some of their landing experience.

I left home at 5pm and back home at 9:30 PM yesterday.

I did my Medicals at

The medical was very fast and results were uploaded in 3 days. Dr is very good and a thorough gentleman.

I sent them an email and they replied back saying they have received my passport and that it is currently in the queue for printing.

When did you email them. I used their online tool of case specific query but have for only system generated notification.

Hi Guys,

My passport was received at CIC on Jun 25th but still the ecas status shows as InProgress (Medicals received)...

Will there be a status change in ecas before I get my passport back with PR Visa? or the ecas update is too slow? Can some of the members who got their passport back or anyone who know please shed some light on whats the ecase status after sending the passport to CPP - Ottawa and after receiving the passport back from CCP - Ottawa?

This is the Canadian Experience Class thread - where applicants send passports to CPP-Ottawa. That's why we didn't have that column.

CIC recieved my passport on the same day as yours, but my tracker has not been activated.

Just want to check whose signature shows on your canada post's website when they received your mail???

Gogunner, Ramcec - you are onboard now. Please do let us know when your Xpress post return tracking no. gets activated.

Ram - there is usually no status update when CIC receives passport. But i've seen few lucky applicants here who saw Decision Made status on Ecas - after their passport was received. And then in few days, they get ppr. But in majority of cases - Ecas is slow and is not updated promptly. Hopefully you guys will get your passports in a couple of days, if cic continues to maintain their pace.
