Hello,
How do I create a pre-paid shipping label on Canada post website. The EST Online system is not working. Can anyone please suggest a workaround this. Thanks in advance.

Why do you need to create it online? You need to send a prepaid envelope that you can get at any Canada Post office.

You are super lucky! I sent my passport on 30th april and it should arrive on 31st. Instead, canada post made a mistake and the passport didn't arrive in ottawa until May 5th... My case is closed around 12th May but my return tracker is not activated as today 19th May...

hi....My TRV online application has been approved and closed on may 12th and my return tracker is still not activated. Is anyone else in the same boat, waiting for the Passports to be shipped out?

Hi all,

I have sent my passport to CPC-O on 12-May and yet to here from them.
My spouse is in India, so I have asked for change of VO to Delhi for her.

I'm not sure when are they going to send the passport or approval for spouse.
Do they send it with my passport or in a separate email?

My return tracker just got activated at 17:38 on May 20th... The passport was received on May 5th and my case is closed on May 12th. Hope this helps!

Did your Tracker Activated....my passport received by Ottawa office on May 7th...still tracker not activated. When i call Customer service CIC they answered they sent for printing on May 13th.
