Sent my passport on last Saturday, CPC-O received it on Tuesday morning, and the return tracking number was actived just now on Wednesday evening.

I am in a predicament, my passport was received on april 30th but my return tracker hasn't been activated as yet. Getting really concerned now....

Thanks, Toby! According to the back envelop tracking number, my passport is still being processed at CanadaPost in Ottawa. Hopefully, they will deliver it to me tomorrow.

Return tracker finally got updated, showing the item was processed in Ottawa yesterday at 18:57! Almost there!

Chowli, mine also received by CPC-O on tuesday morning 11.13AM but I don't have return tracking number with me so how do I track wheather my passport back or not?

Without tracking number, it is unlikely to track it... I put a second Canadapost expresspot envelop with my passport, that's why I am able to track it. Don't worry, I am sure you will get your passport back.

I think your PPR tells your to print out the PPR e-mail and enclose it with the passports.
I enclosed the e-mail and a short cover letter. I did not write any numbers on the envelope, and everything went fine.

Passports sent out on May 2. Received by CPC on May 5. Still waiting the return tracker to be activated...
I wish I could go to the office in person since it's only 20 minutes drive for me....
