Waiting for passport (Manila)

How can I contact the Canadian Embassy in Manila to check the status of our passport? We've sent our passport last January and haven't heard anything from it now. How long does it take to get our passports with visa back? Can we email the embassy about it? Thank you

they have my Wife passport since october, and when we tried to email them to confirm they got it, here is the content of my email:

Dear Sir, Ma'am,
As we didn't have any feedback since we sent the documents (nov. 2014), we would just like to make sure you received all the requested forms, and also if you can confirm the reception of the Passport of my wife, sent at the end of October 2014.

should there be missing documents in out case, please let us know so we can send them as soon as possible.

seems like they don't care about our question ....

If it has only been a short time between your first stage approval and the PPR from Manila its highly likely they have not started to work on the application yet. Manila is quite often known to request passports at the beginning for the process and not the end like most others.

You need to receive dm first and another days to count before your passport with visa will be sent back to you.it looks like they have delays of sending back the passport after dm.
We got dm last month and me and my husband is still waiting for my passport with visa ..we are on 21 day today ,and it's Friday in the philippines..so lil chance this week to received it.

I even read someone in the other forum who has validity of visa April 2 and April 6,as she wrote something about if in the forum,she did not get visa still even she went to canadian embassy .

No one can say when will it get back to you ..and no status of how was the passport.
Here's someone who got dm and has visa validity April 2 and still did not get passport and visa.
