waiting for passport dispatching status

hello sir
i submit application of my parents on 15th may ..as it is showing today by tracking id .application is being processed,,.i want to know how many days to take give passport us by courier or change status ,,
even a frnd who applied 12th may he got visa... please help us and give information us

The estimated processing time on the IRCC website is currently 24 days. Actual processing could, however, be faster or take longer than this

The visa office has NOT made any decision on your application as yet. When a decision is made, you will be informed by emails from VFS.

If you have paid the fees for courier then you will receive your parents' passports at your residence

we have paid fee of courier .and we did not mentioned any email in application of my parents.SO how they inform us...is any idea to know about their decision before passport?
and there are few days are left where my parents attend party

It's standard practice to include an email address (in the TRV application form) so that the visa office or VFS can contact you for any reason.

You will get text messages when the processed passports are dispatched from the visa office

The visa officer will NOT consider any party dates in Canada to give a quick decision on their applications. Processing time will take just as long as it is required for each individual application

Sir could u tell me .how longer visa give to applicant because my father passport will expire on 2018 and my mother passport is new made in this year

Your parents passports will be dispatched AFTER the visa office takes decisions on their applications. The time for this could be 24 days or even less or even more. There is absolutely no way to guess how long it will take.

For how long their visas will be valid will be decided by the visa officer based on a number of factors. It does NOT depend on their passport expiry date
