hahaha I didn't know why I was laughing when you say "entire office is missing in action", but indeed, vancouver is super slow nowadays. my friend is AUG 2021 applicant, took the test and completed it on June 28, 2022 and now got interview invitation in Nov 2022. they are slower than a turtle. zzzzz

you need to be invited for interview and you need to submit all pages of your passports first, decision needs to be made and then Oath
good luck.. my friend got his decision in Oct and until now, no oath invitation yet.
Decision has been made since October 20, 2022. The new tracker does not show decision made like the old ecas system. It just completes all the steps in the profile. I don't need to submit pages of my passport as they did not ask for any additional documents. I spoke to an agent last week, he said to wait for the Vancouver office to contact me for the oath inviteyou need to be invited for interview and you need to submit all pages of your passports first, decision needs to be made and then Oath
My application still shows no updates since the test completed in June 2022. I'm thinking about contacing an MP Vancouver.
Do we have to be physically in Canada for oath ceremony? How long is it from the day receiving email for oath to oath ceremony? I plan to travel for a few months during winter. Thanks

Wow Vancouver office is really having very different timelines. We were pretty close till our test but then mine sped up - I’m collecting my passport tomorrow. Maybe it will speed up for you too.
My housemate has been waiting since November 10, decision was made and all completed that day.
He did. To Harjit Sajjan.. only generic bla bla bla he got. This wait is making everyone insane. But why thou? 2022 applicants are being processed normally, within 1 year time frame. Zzzzzz
My MP, Jenny Kwan, was useless as well. I've been waiting since July (when everything else completed) to get an oath invite
I took oath on 14 Nov and received certificate on 25th Nov and on 24th Nov tracker also updated to application approved and closed . But today I just saw that tracker again updated today and status is "in progress". Has anyone experienced this update "in progress" after oath and certificate??? Is that normal or application again being reviewed??
