Waiting for NOC from Indian embassy

hi friends,
I am waiting for NOC from Indian embassy for my newborn baby(for passport.)CIC give me only one month to submit passport details of my baby. I applied Two weeks before for NOC.but still no reply from Embassy.friends pls give me a advise..I don't know what to do now,..also my work permit is going to expiry next month 18th.already applied for open work permit..do I need to apply for implied status or I can work till my open work permit get approved..need guidelines friends...

if the NOC doesn't come in time. Write a letter of explanation to CIC explaining them the whole situation. For sure attach all the proof that you applied for NOC (receipts, acknowledgement letter, tracking # for the package etc from the embassy). They should give you extension.

Regrading your work permit. you should apply for implied status based on you AOR for work permit.
