Waiting for my Post Graduate Work Permit

Hi , I have completed my post graduation from Toronto in Dec 2018 . I have applied for my Post Graduation Work Permit on 26 January 2019 and I should get my work permit with in 90 days . But it’s around 120 days , I didn’t get my work permit yet . Now from 16 May , I don’t have any job . All of my friends who applied for work permit with me , they got their work permit. I am worried that when will I get my work permit. Is there any way to find out about the processing time .
Please if anybody faced same problem then please share your experiences or kind information.
