waiting for my LMO

Hi.
My new employer applied for my lmo under skilled category for post grads. In which he had not shown any recruitment efforts, which was not necessary. He applied on 28th march 2011. He got reference no. Or file no. Very next day. Could you please me, how much more time will it take.

Can you please let me know the supporting documents required while applying for lmo. did u got through the lawyer or applied self through ur employer, if through employer can u please provide document check list. Please help me seriously in trouble whether to apply through immigration lawyer or apply self through employer.
