It can very well be the case, but I was requested for T4, NOA and additional reference letter for another company outside my CEC claimed experience. My application was processed in just over 7 months.

Aah, the title of the thread '2013 and Jan 2014' misled me.

In any case, I doubt that processing time for different months will vary on the additional documents point. Could be some other factor. Anyhow, nothing can be said for sure.

Hi,

My application was submitted to Ottawa office in Jan 2013! After getting AOR, I came back to Beijing to work. So far, I still haven't received PPR yet. I have no idea what makes my case going way beyond general processing time. Your case is still fresh to CIC Beijing Visa office lol.

My friend, do you think we Chinese have longer process time than others? I guess only those applications in Canada can be processed fast, since they may think you are not urgent to get PR if out of Canada.
