Remember I am from Pakistan
I don't understand why my file in IRCC office before there was no file go in IRCC office
I think it's new rule and secondly they not take my passport and say ordered by high comicommis

Yes why my file is in IRCC office and I applied visa application center yes I am wondering why they not take my passport I applied on paper based still why my file not went in Abu dahbi because I heard my friends your final decision will come from Abu dahbi

Actually I have visit some institute realted to my interest courses

If your application has been submitted correctly, there would be an acknowledgement letter the following day or two, with your application number and a UCI. The passport would only be required if they approve your visa. That’s all you need to care about.

Looking at your occupation, limited travel record, no asset like a house, and you’ve dependents, you may have difficulties in getting a visa. I hope I’m wrong. Good luck.

They only take my property rental agreement which is on cruntly rental
Secondly they refused to take my house property documents when I submitted my all documents at visa office
I am doing a cruntly job in a private firm as a civil site supervisor becasbe I have done three yeray diploma in civil engineering
I have my own property which is on renting and genrateg two lack and sixty thousand pakistan rupees and my salry is 72 thousand rupees
I am not dependents I have property which is own my name

I m also in Same boat...i submitted my file by hand on 15th march gave the biometric also on the same day at vfs lahore they didn’t took my passport as they were saying its a new rule .....i got biometric update mail on 27th march after this mail till today nothing has been sent by mail or updated in my tracking site i m still waiting for results

Our file remains in pakistan they just send scanned copies to IRCC once decision will be made stamping will be done in ISLAMABAD

To be honest, you don't have a very strong application. Don't be surprised if you get a refusal.
