Waiting for medical.

Greeting everyone,
My family have applied in 2006 and our application is being accepted. They gave us the time of 36 to 42 months. In march 2010 our 42 months will be completed but we are still waiting for medical. Can anyone please tell me that how long will it take for the embassy to send us the medical letter??

Dear Fidan.Gill, I applied under the new immigration scheme to Ankara, and I received the medical request in 2 months. I suggest you get into contact with your visa office and ask about your medicals. There isnothing wrong about it. The staff at the Ankara Visa office are very helpful and usually reply promptly. i also sent all my documents to the chc in July 2009, after the 120 days letter. but have not got any medical papers yet. is something wrong? what should i do. seniors please help ????????

Usually this is the average time they state but each case is different and due to which the time usually extends. You can send a case specific inquiry to your embassy asking for your application status

but i have sent that once, by using the web form of the cic website. they did not reply to me. is there any other way to contact my chc?

@ yes.I.can, which CHC is this? If it's ND, I'm afraid it could mean bad news.
