Waiting for Medical Request since July 15, 2010

Whenever I try to check our application status, it is still on an "IN PROCESS" mode. And reading from other forums, most likely, Our friends from the CEM would start working again by January of next year.

What does SINP stand for, what type of nomination program are you applying for? And you mentioned you send your file on the said date, do you mean the actual application package? Upon submission of these papers, it would take like a month or two depending on the evaluator to send you an LOA, that is for us under the PRovincial Nomination Program. From that Letter, you will be provided with a file number which will be your reference code which serves as your means to view your application status via on line which is the ecas.. But then again, that depends on the nomination program you are applying for.

I am under SNIP student . I send my package to Provincial in April 2010 and got my Nomination in june 2010. then send my complete package to bafflo in july for PR since then I haven't got any news back. it has been more than 5 month. and it seems no july application get LOA yet. I am planning to go back to china by the end of Jan 2011 not sure if i can get meidical request in Jan before I go back to china.

I think we cannot compare our timeline, concerning, we have different nomination programs. With regards to the "IN PROCESS" thing, Its been in that status for 5 months now and still counting. IN PROCESS means, on going evaluation for our documents. Anyways, you might want to review this link:

Getting married will not affect your timeline. You folks already applied as common law partners; it's not as if your spouse already underwent medicals and you are getting married. Just make sure that when you get married, you promptly update your status. Goodluck!

Hi TdeteEuphoria,

We are almost on the same track.. I and my Fiance was approved under MPNP last March 2010 but received our LOA last MAY 2010, we have submitted all the documents they required such photos etc. coz in our case we are under "COMMON LAW PARTNER" So we did it, we submitted everything also the RPRF last JULY 24, 2010. Until now we haven't received heard anything from them. We're planning to get married early nextyear but still seeking advice if that will not a cause of delay once we received our medical request. We are really confused... Please advice us. Thank you and Goodluck to all of us.
