Waiting for Medical after Documents requested

Guys its been more than a month that my documents (T4 & NOA) was asked, no medical yet.
Whats going on!! Any suggestions, am I in second review??

ECAS only shows three last since March 16

-- We received your application..
-- We sent you acknowledgement of receipt..
-- We started processing ..

PLEASEEE HELPP

Not too worried, in my case medical has been undated before got Decision made only 1 week which was 5 weeks after AOR. Hope your medical will show up soon.

Depends when did you get your AOR, if it was 1 year or more ago, then I would suggest you to do MR and RPRF upfront.
It will shorten the processing time for sure.
