Since they are giving the reason or reasons of rejection then dont give up bro,just fix the reason of rejection very well and you well got approved

Guys i have a question, i applied on paper in jan 2 as an urgent application since my collage starts on 6 of jan, i have been rejected 2 times before,today they send me an email that they took a final decision, would it be approved on that fast time or what?
