waiting for interview date & time

HI ,all any idea about how long have to wait for interviw. how do i know is interview waived or not ? i been waiting allmost 14 months since singapore reacived my permanent recident card application on feb 10th 2011 nothing change ECAS . what should i do now ?can i send email them & send additional proff of my relationshif & receant picture. please any suggation. thanks. my heart going to blow out why singapore giving so mouch pain to us .

Make it more clear and post your time and current status on ECAS.

I really feel for you. Singapore is indeed excruciatingly slow. Unfortunately, you cannot really get them to determine whether an interview is waived or not and to set the date for the interview, if applicable. They'll do it when they're good and ready. I think that sending further proof of the relationship would not hurt, though. You might also want to order GCMS notes to see if there is something written there regarding the relationship evidence already provided: http://immipedia.ca/Ordering_FOSS_and_CAIPS_notes

realy appriciate u . pls still not gratting any news from singapore sir. i order caips notes at feb 22 but did,t got back anything yet . pls need help i,m gratting die day by day . i have no word to express to say how dasapointe about my life . thanks
