waiting for gic certificate

i have made wire transfer on 2nd july,,till today not get my certificate...

within how many days one can get his GIC certificate???

is i am going late to submit my file??

I also transferred 10,100 CAD on 5th july. You need to get swift copy from bank and then send it to Scotia bank, You will get certificate within 48 hours.
