Waiting for Express Entry for 9 months-Review Required Proof of Funds

Hello all. I have been waiting for express entry-fsw for over 9 months. My AOR was December 10, 2018.

I got my GCMS notes and see on February 15, 2019 there was an update for “review required proof of funds”. On my bank statement, there was a money transfer of $44,000 from my family. There are no updates since 2/15/2019.

I originally worked with an representative and she said it was ok to have transferred money. But I am been stuck at the review required for 7 months. So what should I do now? Please help me!

Don't think the advice on 'ok to have transferred money' was the best advice you got. If it looks like the money was deposited in your account just to satisfy POF, then that is not going to help your case. Having said that I have no idea how you can improve your situation.

One note could be to upload a document using case enquiry (cse) to provide an explanation of that funds transfer. For ex. If it was gift, then provide gift deed. That will not guarantee faster processing of your case but can ensure that an ADR on POF is avoided.

I am not very familiar with raising case enquiry (CSE). I used web form twice. Is CSE the same with web form? I really don’t want to get refused because of funds issue

Not yet, but IRCC just asked me to redo medical exam again.

Update: I received my PPR on Feb/6/2020.
