Waiting For CSQ

I applied for CAQ on Sep 25th and Confirmation Of Receipt on 30th Sep and till now there is no update. I called them and they gave me a reply like D(received but after i dont know what is the status. Let me send a note to agent.)What does this mean.Please respond if anyone facing same issue or please anyone give a solution to this problem.
