I have applied for CSQ in november 2015 and have received file number in december 2015.Since then I'm wating for my CSQ.i have applied from India.how to proceed further?

I have applied for Quebec skilled worker program ( in paper format application)

i think its high time you should have received some sort of communication from the concerned authorities.
better you start communication with them or if you have any agent, ask him to do so
