I've sent them an email for the PR confirmation so they can create an account.
I didn't receive any email but the next day I tried to login and it worked!

OINP (International Student) inland paper-based applicant without dependants.
My timeline:

AR: 6th June, 2020
AOR: 11th January, 2021
Biometrics: 12th January, 2021
Medical Upfront: 2nd February
Medical Request: 18th February
Medical Passed: 31st March
Pre Arrival Letter: 1st April
Ghost Update: 20th April
Decision Made in ECAS: 21st April
PR Confirmation Email: 20th May
PR Portal Login: 20th May
eCoPR (Etobicoke VO): 27th May

COPR takes anywhere from 2 days to 1 month. You will get an email notification and COPR will be available to download in your portal below your uploaded photo.
