Just simple questions related to work study port entries and address but it’s been 2.5 months I got the call nothing after that

I received DM on Jan 21 and from BC, so I guess my COPR will be issued by Vancouver Office. Please share if you are from BC and how long the COPR took.
I have noticed that Manitoba office is pretty fast and people received COPR next day after DM
