I think should be no, nowadays they respond very slowly to the webform. The file still shows the home country office is 2nd VO.

No, yesterday I looked in this forum, now CIC only replied the webforms sent out around 20 Jan., while my webform was Jan.25

No fee if you paid the right of permanent residence fee RPRF

Almost 2 months after DM, no status changed, no COPR, no webform replying!

I got dm since Nov. last year, it has already been DM for FOUR months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 19 July AR Ontario PNP single inland applicant. NO DEPENDENT. Called them over 50 times, sent webform many times, requested gmcs notes many times!!!! I guess I got dm for the longest time by far

I looked in this forum one guy got COPR 5 months later after DM, finally he got known his LVO, then called the LVO, 2 days later he got COPR.
