I was wondering if anyone has the similar situations as I do as follows:
I have been residing in Canada now, and my dependents who are living outside Canada sent passports to their local nearest visa office for COPR and PRV in early November. After mailing my passports and photos to Ottawa as instructed in the decision-made letter, I received returned passport and photos from Ottawa in the mid November with a letter saying "A visa office will contact you with information on confirming you as a permanent resident." To date I am still waiting for further information from the visa office since more than 2 months passed. Does anyone have any good advice or information as to how long usually it takes to get COPR after submission of passports for the time being? Thank you very much.
