Waiting for Closed WP from India Aplied in Mar-20.

Hi, I've been waiting since March 1st, 2020. Raised webform and did not see anything new. Had applied for GCMS notes and awaiting reply
 
Webform was raised 4 weeks ago, and got the same old message...that the file is under processing. NOC code is 2011. GCMS is nothing but a detailed breakdown of the application status. It such as a long time and quite frustrating to see how IRCC functions.

Yes, what we can do about that.. I'm also experiencing the same and expecting at least one update. I had raised Webform before 5-6 days and let see what happened next..

May I ask what is NOC 2011?
 
One of my friend applied in May 2020 for closed work permit on LMIA. Still waiting.
Had first rejection in April.
Strange that GCMS notes has not changed since June last year showing status as “recommend interview” but while trying to call call center the automated message states that the background check is in progress and no interview is required at this moment.

Anyone in the same situation?

My friend had help from Canadian friend who used the number 1 (888) 242-2100.
After about 2:30 minutes of autmoated voice message, press 1-1-1-3 and then enter work permit application number and follow the instruction. It is supposed to tell you the most current status.
But unfortunately in my case it differs from my GCMS notes status. Not sure if anyone has noticed the same thing.
I ordered notes almost every month. But nothing has changed since June last year. So stressed out right now.

How can i call them.... should i dail directly or through an app?
