waiting for cic etobicoke interview

Email was received on may 9th 2014, that decison had made and cic etobicoke will contact us for an interview within 2 months. Yet, this is almost the due date but havent heard anything from cic. Is anyone at this stage with me?

No - CIC won't forget to contact you.

However it's really hard to say when you will hear back from Etobicoke. Etobicoke is where applications are sent when there are some concerns with the file (e.g. relationship isn't genuine) and where a closer examination of the file is needed to determine if it will be approved. It's unfortunately a bit of a black hole meaning that how soon people are called for interviews really varies. So it's difficult to say what your experience will be.

Same here i received an email from CIC Vegreville last June 16 2014 that CIC Etobicoke will contact me with an appointment for an interview for PR. but until now no mail yet its been almost a month now. m anxious coz my husband sent his passport to CIC Manila n they might gonna misplace it. hopefully not.

hey there I received decision made on the 11th of June and got an email that cic etobicoke will contact me for my pr interview . with regards to waiting time I have seen someone got the letter one week after dm but cic is so unpredictable we just have to wait . hopefully might get some news this week.
