Hlo mam i have applied for caq and my documents were recieved on 21 jan 2020 but still no mail and update in my caq portal i m worried to submit my file for march intake may i know how much more time it will take to recieve my caq

Hi Everyone...
I applied my caq last month. I paid the required application fee and submit the supporting docs too. I got a letter from Quebec immi that my application is cancelled due to cancellation of application fee. They have told me to reapply for caq with the new application fee with docs. I have not received any refund regarding application fee too.
