You can check ECAS, it does not impact the processing on your application.

thanks, I tried to open ECAS, using my Client Id from PR. I was not able to login. Should I be worried? I tried couple times and my information is correct.

No, you'll eventually have access.

There isn't a definitive date. I wouldn't tell people that they will get something by a date, because if they don't they will start getting worried. Just wait, and get it when it comes.
