Waiting for acknowledgement receipt from Ontario PNP

Hi,

I sent my application package on 5th Dec for ON Human capital stream and I have not received anything from Ontario PNP authorities acknowledging that they have received my application. Does anyone know how much time they take to respond?

Hello Skanawat,

I am still waiting for a confirmation too. I sent my application from the UK on 20 Novemver and got a delivery confirmation from Royal Mail on 1 December.
I wonder if it has anything to do with CIC having technical problems? Whenever I go to log in and look at my Express Entry application status it says they have 'system issues'.

Has anyone else got any info?

I have the same status. I got my cousin to drop in my application forms at the MCIIT office on Dec 11th. But I haven't received any acknowledgment from their side about the status of my application.

Kindly keep this thread alive for everyone's benefit so that we know the responses anyone of us gets from CIC and act accordingly.

Hi! so after this thread I went on a stalking spree of all the threads! From what I have gathered, there are people who have submitted their applications in October and still havent received an acknowledgement. So apparently, OINP is pretty slow at this. I dont know the reason for sending such massive invites if they cant even complete whats at their hand!

It all depends upon the visa officer who has picked up your package.
Yes, going by the timelines learnt from the forum, it looks like approx 2 - 3 months takes to receive AOR.

Thank you, I feel a little less worried. But I guess the wait starts now.. 2-3 months for AOR and then another 90 days after AOR :'(

Hi! Has anyone of you received an AOR yet?

No AOR yet unfortunately.. I sent an email to the program in December to ask if they can give me any information and got an email back a month later saying:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Your application package has been received in our office and is in queue for review by an officer. Due to the high volume of applications being received, Acknowledgement Letters may take longer to be issued.

If your application is complete, you will receive the letter from OINP by email to indicate that your application has been accepted for assessment.

If your application is incomplete, your package will be returned to you by Purolator including the payment.

Thank you for your interest in our program."

They won't send an AOR until they start actually looking at the application and that's when the 90 days period starts I wonder how long the queue is?
Also, I don't know if it's time to do Medical exam and Police check yet? Or wait until I get AOR?

No, do these until you get nominated. AOR is too soon. They are also taking long in between AOR and nomination.

I recently found this post which can be useful. It has up to date details of people who posted their application in December and most still haven't received a AOR. Its called "December Application OINP" within "Express Entry / Expression of Interest" (I was going to post a link but apparently not allowed..) ;D

i got AOR on 23rd march..still waiting for Nomination certificate..!!
How much time it takes to get nomination certificate after receiving AOR.
Any Idea ??? :-X
