Waiting for a PR card

Hi folks.

I got my PR approval on early July then when I uploaded my photo on the PR portal, i got rejected because the facial area was a little too small. After that I submitted with a new photo and I haven't got any respone back ever since then (almost 2 months). The status on the portal is still "In review".

My question is : Is this processing time normal or should i be concerned?

Have you tried linking your PR Card application on your GC Key account?
