Hi,

My wife has provided all necessary documents with regards to her application process, but now she has not received any communication since May 25 when she was required to provide a RCMP Criminal Record Check. She did this and instead of uploading on her account she replied back to the email that was sent to her (as in the email it stated to reply back to email). On her GCKey account it states that it is past due to upload...

Is this normal that you do not hear anything for almost 3 months?

If you did not reply on the delay given your app will be rejected

I haven't heard anything for over 6 months regarding my application. Don't really know what is normal for CIC standards though...

You mean MAY not WILL. As they do include a grace period as they know it's not always possible within the timeframe given.

If stated that you sent it MAY 25 which is past the 60 days period lately of them to attach the files you can always call to verify they've received it.

Just call the 1800 number and ask whats going on if its returned they will tell you
 
what is the number to call and inquire?
 
as per our timeline everything was going super fast and smooth and then all of a sudden after she provided RCMP Police Check they go silent. She had already provided Swedish and Dutch Police checks. Medical done, uploaded and passed.
