Hi everyone,

How long did it take for you to recieve any letters or emails after "Decision made"? What did you have to do?

After seven months of nothing, our application status suddenly changed to "In process" and then - the day after - "Decision made". We've been waiting to hear from them for a couple of weeks now, but not a word. (Outland sponsorship, London office)
My TWP and medical supplies are running out and we have to make some decisions about maybe going back to my home country for a while... so we're a little stressed!

My application is also outland, VO Sydney. My ecas changed to decision made on friday/saturday and I got a PPR on monday night.. Have you tried contacting them? Are you from a visa exempt country?

Hm, that sounds quick... Yes, I'm from Sweden so visa exempt. I tried calling but got the "please consult our website" message and got disconnected.

Hi!
I also applied through London and got Decision made almost three weeks ago (August 15th). Today I received the COPR in mail (I'm currently in Toronto, Ontario). All you have to do now is wait for someone to knock on your door and sign for the envelope. Then you are ready to land. :)

Today the papers arrived, three weeks after that little "Decision made" notice came up! I'm so happy! Now to decide where, when and how to land... ;D

Am I understanding correctly that passport holders from a visa exempt country do not need to send in their passports they will receive the COPR directly via mail?

I got requested a copy of every page of my PP. I had to Fedex it to my VO (Sydney) with appendix B and now I'm waiting. NO idea how long it will take... So I guess it's different with every VO?

At least in London, yes. They just send you the COPR in the mail after decision made. You don't send your passport or any copies. :)

Yes, it says "Please note that as of December 11, 2011, citizens of visa-excempt countries will not have a counterfoil affixed to their passport. These applicants will only be issued a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR)." My papers arrived via mail, I had to sign for it.
