Will the new rule apply to me I filed my visa as per the old rule in august I got a medical. And resubmiitef my passport on 22oct.
I have taken 11 lac as loan.and also made payment for 1 semster that was 6000 cad.please advice

hey my name is pavin. I have some questions & i need to ask you for suggestions.
my situation: i applied in software development (bsd) in seneca in 2011 , got admission but didn't get visa. (i live in sweden, studing software development as well there, my nationality bangladeshi and my visa office is uk). I applied this year again for admission but waiting for my result. i have full 4 years tuition fees to pay in my bank account also 1 year living + travel expense ready without taking any loan. my questions are:
1. do the visa officers will reject my application because i'm applying to a college?
2. can i send my visa application package to singapore( coz all bangladeshi application goes there) or i have to send to UK?
plz lemme knw i'm getting worried.
p.s i'll also appoint a lawyer from canada to help with my application.
does it apply to me or only students from india?
