Please I have a 15 years old child with speech delay problem. I was asked by CIC to provide an individualized education plan and speech therapy plan for him before he will be given Visa.
I have contacted some SLPs in Canada and was told that he requires assessment, plan and cost of the education and speech therapy in Canada. Unfortunately they said that they have to see him to do the assessment which is not possible. Please can anybody assist me with a solution.
