W1 temporary work visa

Is there a name called W1 work visa for indians ? If it is there What is the nature of W1 temporary work visa, is it open for indians? For unskilled workers need to write IELTS for this visa if offer is there from Canadian employer?
My qualifications:-
Bachelor of commerce
(correspondence) 3 years degree from Dr.BR.Ambedkar Open University passed in 2011 40%

Intermediate in commerce (correspondence) from APOSS 2013 46%

10th standard also in correspondence 2005 with 45%
And I have 2.1 experience as a transaction processing officer in Mphasis (MNC) Bangalore 2014 to2016.
Why I studied through out my education in correspondence ?
I have been working as a full time corpenter from the year 2000 to 2013.
I didn't have any guidance and money at that time

Please clarify me my chances of work in Canada.

In that they offered me a Store excutive position in Marriot hotel Toronto. they said me "on behalf of you, we will process everything and it takes 3 months time once an offer letter received from an employer you will get W1 visa ". In this scenario am I eligible to get visa? Can I believe that Consultancy? They Mentioned LMIA also.
As I mentioned in my first IM about my education & experiences are eligible to visa process? After compliton of graduation I did my Intermediate please clarify me.

Has the consultancy named any particular hotel in Toronto.?

Also check the Marriott job listings for any such opportunity referred to as store executive as I cannot see one.

Ok if I have a genuine job offer from a Canadian employer, then am I eligible with my education & experience which I mentioned in my first IM ?
And how can I get a job offer directly from a Canadian employer? What is the procedure to apply directly, without Consultancy involvement?
