Good Time,
I applied one agent in Iran for obtaining W-1 Visa to Canada. They say can obtain such a visa during 3 months for me which would be valid for 2 years and my family ( My wife and two children one 3 and another one 17) can come with me and their education would be free ? Please kindly confirm the above would be true and My question is that, How long would be the required normal time for such a visa? and Normally how much cost would have such a procedures ? I highly appreciated for a prompt reply.

You should post the job offer you received here so that we can look at it. A very high number of job offers that are provided by agents are scams.

If your job is skilled (NOC A, B or 0), then your wife and children can apply to come with you. However there is no guarantee their visas will be approved.

In order to qualify for a work permit, you need to have a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. The LMIA process is very long and expensive for the employer with no guarantee of approval. As a first step, the employer must advertise the job in Canada and prove no Canadian could be found for the role. Generally speaking, it's next to impossible to find employers willing to go through this process. This is why you should be extremely suspicious of any agent who offers you a job. If the agent is asking for money in exchange for the job - it's pretty much guaranteed to be a scam. If they are offering you free transportation, accommodations and/or food - then it's definitely a scam. There is technically no age limit.

You can't apply for a W-1 visa until you have a job offer and the employer has applied for, and been granted, a LMIA.
You've got all this back to front. If an agent is telling you that they can get you a W-1 visa, without you going through formal job applications etc, they are lying.

An agent can't get an LMIA. Only an employer can get an LMIA.

This sounds like a scam. You need to ask for the job offer letter. This letter will make it clear if this is a scam or not.

If they are asking for a large sum of money in exchange for a job that is also immediately gyration fraud. Unfortunately some consultants and employers are committing fraud. If discovered you, the employer and the consultant would be in trouble.

The best way to immigrate to Canada is to do it yourself. This is the most cost effective. You should assume all agents with job offers are scams.

Canada has a number of different immigration programs and you will need to dedicate time to researching them to understand what it will take to qualify and apply. Unfortunately your ages will likely work against you and make it harder for you to immigrate. I would recommend you start by researching the Express Entry immigration program which is a points based program. Those with the most points are selected and right now you need to have 450-460 points to be chosen. You will lose significant points due to your age. I would recommend you calculate your points with your wife as the primary applicant.
