VR = Visitor Record
SOWP = Spousal Open Work Permit
PGWP = Post-graduate Work Permit
Hi, I am about to graduate and would like to apply for PGWP.
I currently don't have a job yet, my spouse has a 2-year SOWP bundled with my SP, and also kids with VR.
If I apply PGWP with all family members, can I apply for a VR for my spouse (within the PGWP application)? Since I don't have a job yet, I cannot apply SOWP in my PGWP application.
If I choose to apply visitor for my spouse, does anyone know about the duration of the VR? Will that be the same length as my PGWP? Or it will simply be something like 6 months?
