Voluntary Language Training 1-2 months?

good day all
i have a question and/or need your comments and thoughts/feedback.
i attended 1-2 months of english language training course to improve my english skills. This was just to improve my english skills.

now my dilemma is: do i need to declare this for question 6F. If I do, I have to say YES to second question for 6F and if I say YES they might request 'records' for which i do not have and cannot have.

If I say NO, I am fine.

again, this was just for 1-2 months but the program is sponsored by Provincial Government. will CIC be able to find that out? if yes, is that an issue if I say NO to that question.

i just do not want to be caught in submitting records for this.

now that you have read this, please share your feedback and comments...

what would you do and why?

You could put in it your list of work and education activities because it says to include language training there, and include the name of the course, school, etc.
