Would warn you that there is zero guarantee that you will be able to get a visa to visit the US even if you return to your home country. Your immigration history won’t get erased if you leave Canada and it is shared with the US. You likely have a better chance of visiting the US if you are a PR in Canada with a full-time job, savings and a home than if you renounce your status in Canada and return to your home country. Unfortunately there are longterm consequences of applying for asylum and the way you applied for asylum that don’t get erased if you abandon your asylum claim. Would add that if you abandon your status in Canada while your spouse lives in Canada it may be very difficult to get approved for a TRV. You would need to prove that you have stronger ties in your home country and that you will only be visiting Canada to get approved. With your spouse in Canada you ties to Canada will likely be stronger than to your home country.
