So is it that everyone at VO winnipeg are stuck in background check... could it be the extra security screening??
Thank you guys to join this thread. Me as well. AOR 21st Sept and since October 19th BG in progress. Moreover, Fingerprint document status is not completed since then.
I think Winnipeg is the slowest one. I know one of my friend whose VO is Winnipeg. His bg still is not started and his AOR is somewhere in the month of May.
Btw I just want to know do you guys know anyone who has received Ppr and has their application processing from winnipeg VO in 2018. I am just curious because i also ordered my gcms notes but haven’t received them yet. Its been over 30 days already.
As per Imm tracker, I can see few of us received, I heard Winnipeg fall under Vancouver.

Nope.. I did not receive. one of my friend he is waiting since 8 months, his VO is Winnipeg, He called to CIC and got to know there is a major VO office (Which is Vancouver) and under that Winnipeg fall.
Yes ordered gcms last month still awaiting.
Called cic twice and they said eligibility and criminality is passed its in security now. So hoping it should be here in January.
