They told me to wait till May 19th which is Sunday. If nothing happens by them, I will cal them on Monday. Will keep you guys posted

So why do they respond "wait for IRCC"? Maybe that someone's file was finalized before ours?Just found out someone from December AOR got his landing interview for May 30. We know for fact that's not the issue. Winnipeg office must have a huge backlog

Not sure. But people in other threads mentions PPR are sent in batches, so maybe they are waiting to accumulated like 100 finalized applications to send the PPR?
or maybe there is still another final review by an special agent? There are people waiting 1-2 months after they were informed their application is approved. Hope, that doesn't happen to usWhen we applied, they were issuing 3900 ITA's, this divided by 12 days = 325 applications per day. Let's say half of those didn't apply. Still, that's 160 applications per day. So, accumulating 100 PPR's should not take long, maximum a week.Not sure. I was informed on May 8th that my application was approved and I decided to call this morning to see when they will send me PPR or landing interview. Got the email at 12:52pm ET.

They might be busier at Vancouver office. I called them in the morning though so not sure if that had something to do with it or just coincidence
Yeah, some March people getting interview in June or something. There are some waiting even since January. Why they don't just send PPR's blows my mind. Why make people wait months?! First Winnipeg, now this! I am f**ng losing it...
Apparently, Etobicoke has 20 windows working 5 days at full capacity, Vancouver has only 2.
Yeah I understand your frustration. I think the closer you get the more frustrated you become. Why don't you give them a call on Tuesday
