VJO processing time 2025

Anyone recently submitted VJO application, how long is the processing time now?
I just submitted it yesterday.

I think it's not. My job is in Tree 2, technician, outside Montreal.

What is the exception list? I thought it is those jobs can't apply for VJO.

It actually called Simplified List, if your job offer is on the list, your employer can skip the proof of recruitment. As usual, all the employers need to proof that they can't find Canadian or ones who have PR to do your job so that they make job offer for you. There, your employer has to post recruitment on Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) for at least 30 days.

But as I know, for those people who has open work permit and already work for the company, company doesn't need to prove the recruitment. That is for foreigner who doesn't have work permit.
