As you are already out of status in USA, I am very much confident your Visitor Visa To Canada will be rejected....They will reject and suggest you to apply from your home country if i am not wrong...good luck

I would save yourself the fees and not apply. Given you are out of status in the US - a visitor visa rejection is pretty much guaranteed. You can certainly go back home and try applying from there (no guarantee this one will be approved either).

Still, there is a possibility of rejection.

That will help. But there's certainly still a good possibility of rejection.

Hi:

I have a questiong regarding supervisor insurance. My parents-in-law only come to visit us max 3 months every year and they won't stay longer than the date showed on the air ticket. Can we just purchase the insurance up to the date indicated on the air ticket, but can they enter Canada with supervisor permit? Asking the insurance to refund the remaining insurance is very painful, it has been three months already, we still haven't gotten our refund back.

Thank you very much for your help!
Joey

He is filling the application on line, the system accept only 5 child and his spouse then the system jump for paying the fee and he can not enter other 2 child. has anyone can help and tell us to how we solve the problem???
Please let me add other question; I want to attach a copy of my business registration and invitation letter; I want to know what else paper I have to attached.
