Vistor visa - invitation letter

Dear All,

Kindly your advice in my situation.

I have US vista - multi-entry until 31 May, 2020.

I want to visit my friend in Canada after visit my brother at US, I think I need Canadian visitor visa:

I reading the prerequisite for TRV and I did not have a good idea about the "tie":

Regarding the ties:
I have a good bank statement
I have full-time Job in reputed company in my home.
I have my own house
I'm married and have a little beautiful girl
I have a mini market as investment in my hometown.


and my friend told me that he ready to send me an invitation letter.

Please advice, and your inputs is highly appreciated

I think you are showing good ties to your home country, having a permanent job, a property, include all the documents.
