Vistor to Open Work permit

Hi All,

I need assist from all of you. I am work permit holder and my wife has visitor visa. She is already in Canada since 1 year. I want to apply open work permit for her . How am i supposed to apply open work permit for her. Is there any process to get it quickly with out waiting too long .

Please help me on this if you have any knowledge on it. I am really need to know this .
