If you want to try to get a study permit for September, the only option I see is to return to your home country immediately, get a new passport as soon as you can, and then apply for the study permit. Again, don't think anything is possible from within Canada.

Did you talk to IRCC and did they explain the rejection reasoning?

Hi, there. Eventually, I got the study permit after the reconsideration. The expiring date of the documents is not necessary and the travel document is also acceptable. Hopefully, this information maybe help others in the future.
